One-Leg: Medicine Ball Sweep / Toss
			
		On one leg, in partial squat, 
holding ____ lb ball down 
to one side. Rotating body 
upward, swing the ball up 
diagonally and toss it high 
over opposite shoulder to 
partner. Repeat from 
other side, same leg.
		Repeat on other leg.
		Do ____ repetitions,
